Segittur organizes workshops on digitalization and sustainability in the tourism sector
On January 22, 23, and 24, Segittur will host a series of workshops aimed at professionals and managers in the tourism sector, focusing on the latest innovations in digitalization and sustainability.

Presentation: Applying Neurotourism to Optimize the Tourist Experience
In this talk, Sergio will share the results of the Euro-Emotur project, which has brought together over 100 companies from 20 countries to implement innovative techniques such as eye-tracking and emotion recognition to enhance the tourist experience. Throughout the presentation, attendees will learn how neuroscience is transforming tourism strategies and optimizing customer satisfaction, illustrated with practical real-world examples.
