The Euro-Emotur self-assessment tool allows you to assess the digital maturity and digital readiness of your tourism business. You can understand how your company performs in terms of digital development and approach to innovation and then identify the areas of improvement to be more open and ready to adopt innovative technologies. This, to become a more competitive business in the market.
The present self-assement tool has been developed in the fields of the Euro-Emotur project, co-funded by the COSME programme of the EU (Project number 101038111). Euro-Emotur project’s main goal is to boost the uptake of digitalisation and innovation by tourism SMEs through transnational cooperation and capacity building, and then to improve their competitiveness in the market.
For assessing the digital performance of your business, you just need to fill in the form at the best of your knowledge. Answering all the questions might require about 40 minutes. After completing the questionnaire, the system will automatically generate a report that you can download. The report will contain a brief explanation of the self-assessment tool and the results of the evaluation, with the digital maturity and readiness indexes of your company.
Data will be collected only for research reasons and for the purpose of calculating the digital maturity and readiness indexes. You will not be asked for any personal data. Therefore, the data that will be collected constitutes anonymous data (unless the company name matches your personal name).
