Dreaming My Way (by Fatmas 2016 SLU)

(www.dreamingmyway.com) Dreaming My Way rents cottages and villas in the northern part of Fuerteventura (Canary Islands), within an exclusive apartment complex, located just a few hundreds meters from the island’s north-shore on the Atlantic Ocean. The core business is based on short-term rentals for holiday makers and remote workers. The company owns 3 apartments as its main asset and since summer 2022 it started managing properties from other home-owners under operation contracts based on commission fees. At the moment it runs a total of 5 units. Our main objective is to increase the property portfolio, by offering a unique services of sustainable management, that takes into account not only the well-being, needs and demands of our visitors, but also the social, cultural and environmental impact that holiday rentals have on the maritime and coastal ecosystem of the area. The long-term objective is to build a wider network of managed units in the Canary Island, through the implementation of standardised and environmentally efficient measures (structural and non-structural), based on the principles of circular economy.
