Northern Greece Investment Fund (NGIF) officially supports Elisabeth, the first of its kind #Healthcare complex in the center of the city of the Thessaloniki. Elizabeth plus S.A. is the second arrival in our portfolio and is developing a multi-purposed renovation project composed by a state-of-the-art Elderly Care Unit, a #ModernTraumatology unit and a boutique hotel.
The project is led by Mr Stefanos Gogos, who identified the relevant market gap, not only in the city of Thessaloniki but also in the wider region of Central Macedonia, this gap referring both to unmet demand as well as to #QoS.
